Kate’s Crumbed Fish

Goes great with fresh lake trout or northern pike!

Ingredients
fine desiccated coconut ~250g
lemon pepper ~40g
dehydrated fresh zest from 2 lemons
herbal sprinkle (black pepper, dried chives, garlic salt, celery salt, oregano, marjoram, parsley & cayenne) ~ 1 or 2 teaspoons
garlic powder (to taste or ~ 1 teaspoon)

Method
Toast the coconut, add remaining ingredients and mix well
